How to Get the Historian Achievement in Halo Wars

The Halo Historian Achievement in "Halo Wars" is an Xbox Live achievement you receive after completing certain actions and unlocking other specific achievements. This achievement is one of the most difficult to obtain in "Halo Wars." When you do get it, the achievement is reflected on your Xbox Live player profile, so you have proof to show your friends that you did accomplish this daunting task.

Instructions

- 1
  Complete the "Halo Wars" Campaign mode and locate the black boxes that are hidden throughout the game's 15 missions. Each mission has one black box.

  Play in the "Halo Wars" Skirmish mode with one of the main characters of the game. You must win the match.
- 3
  Continue playing and winning Skirmish mode matches, each time using one of the game's six main characters. When you unlock all of the Timeline Events in the game by following these steps, you'll unlock the Halo Historian achievement.
