How to Make a Monster Achievement in Borderlands

"Borderlands" is a video game that combines aspects of the role-playing genre and first-person shooting, making for a fast-paced experience with in-depth character customization. Over the course of the game, Xbox 360 players earn achievements and PS3 players earn so-called trophies that contribute to their respective gamer scores, signifying gaming experience. The Make a Monster achievement/trophy is gained while helping a character named Scooter assemble a new car by retrieving the last parts he needs.

Instructions

  Accept the quest "Boost the Monster" from Scooter. He needs an exhaust pipe, a nitrous tank, and a supercharger to complete his car.

  Travel to T-Bone junction nearby by following the waypoints on your mini-map. This is the location where the car parts can be found.

  Take the exhaust pipe from Dr. Zed's broken car outside of his clinic on the highest section of the region.

  Search the garbage heaps by Marcus Kincaid's house to get the nitrous tank.
- 5
  Drop to the rooms below the nitrous tank to find the X-372 Supercharger. Return all of the items to Scooter to unlock the achievement or trophy.
