How to Get Gold & Treasure Ancestors Left Behind in Fable II

"Fable II" follows the story of a hero from his boyhood to late adulthood. The young hero soon discovers that he is from a long line of adventurers, and his ancestors have left him gold and rare items. He finds a chest filled with these goods in the Chamber of Fate. However, he cannot open the chest normally. Instead, he must watch a short film in his computer web browser. When the film ends, he can select one of three item categories.

Instructions

  Type "http://lionhead.com/Fable/FableII/Experience.aspx" into your computer web-browser's address bar. This takes you to the "Fable II" video.

  Click the "Sign In" button in the top left corner. Enter your Windows Live ID and password. This is the same username and password you use for your Xbox.

  Watch the video. When it ends, you can choose between three crowns. The crown on the right gives you the scary expression and pink dye, the crown on the left gives the Lionhead tattoo and hero doll, and the crown in the middle gives you the chicken suit.

  Start "Fable II" and go the Chamber of Fate. The Chamber of Fate is located in the middle of the Hero's Guild, where you start the game.

  Open the chest against the back wall. You'll receive your ancestral items.
