Reach Racer
In "Halo: Reach," the option to race against the opposing player is available. In Oni: Sword Base (third) level, there are two switches that you and a friend need to activate -- simultaneously. Play a cooperative mission with friends or another player online. Both switches are located after encountering the two Wraiths -- tanklike vehicles controlled by the Convenant. The first switch is southeast of the buildings, past a couple of trees. Near the frozen waterfall, a message will appear, saying "Hold X to Open Door." Do not press the button yet. The next switch is past the large cannon on top of a cliff that overlooks the frozen complex. When both players are in position, simultaneously press and hold the "X" button on the Xbox 360 controller to activate the mini-game. If this is done correctly, a message will say "Current Objective: Reach Racer." The players will re-spawn to a different place where Wart Hogs are available to race.
Brute Dance Party
In the New Alexandria (seventh) level, you can view a dance party that includes a Brute disc jockey, bartender and several grunts dancing around the club. As a player progresses in the game, he will enter a location called "Club Errera." Defeat the enemies in the entrance of the club, then head towards the hospital. Maneuver the Falcon below the hospital's entrance, then land the aircraft. In the pitch black, a bright green light will appear on the wall. Press "X" to activate the switch and head back towards Club Errera. A techno version of the Halo's theme music will play. Hitting an enemy will immediately stop the music and a battle will ensue.
Credit Farming
Players earn credits throughout "Halo: Reach" from the Campaign, Forge, Firefight and Multiplayer matches. Players earning credits can purchase various armor types to customize their character's appearance in the game. Choose the Firefight mode, then go to the game's option menu and select "Spartan Settings." Have the character's shields and health traits set to invulnerable. Begin the match with the difficulty set on Legendary. Allowing the enemy to attack will give you 10 credits per minute, according to IGN.
No Weapons
Having no weapons in a Halo match makes for an entertaining experience. To do the secret trick, choose one weapon and one ability. Dismantle a machine gun turret so that you can roam freely while holding the turret. Simultaneously press "LB," "RB" and "A" on the Xbox 360 controller. Now you will have no gun in your hands.
