How to Mod Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on Xbox

In "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" for the Microsoft Xbox, you play as Carl Johnson, a former gang member who escaped his life but has to return to his former home after the murder of his mother. He is framed for another homicide, which leads him on a journey to save the rest of his family and clear his name. This 2005 title includes some cheat codes you can use to modify the game. Enter them by pressing the button combinations during gameplay. To input directions, use the control pad rather than the control stick.

Instructions

  Give Carl infinite health with the code "Down," "A," "Right," "Left," "Right," "RT," "Right," "Down," "Up" and "Y." Carl can still be injured or killed by drowning, falling or being close to explosions.

  Get a quick $250,000 and refill your health and armor meters with the code "RT," "Black," "LT," "A," "Left," "Down," "Right," "Up," "Left," "Down," "Right" and "Up."

  Speed up the various vehicles in the game. If you use the code "Left," "Y," "RT," "LT," "Up," "X," "Y," "Down," "B," "White," "LT" and "LT," all of the cars will have nitrous in them.

  Make all the traffic lights stay green when you drive through intersections, which will help you outrun cops and rivals. Use the code "Right," "RT," "Up," "White," "White," "Left," "RT," "LT," "RT" and "RT."

  Lower your wanted level by entering the code "RT," "RT," "B," "Black," "Up," "Down," "Up," "Down," "Up" and "Down." This will reduce the degree to which police pursue you for your transgressions.

  Get infinite ammunition for your weapons with the cheat "LT," "RT," "X," "RT," "Left," "Black," "RT," Left," "X," "Down," "LT" and "LT."
