How to Tell Game Time in Fable

"Fable," published by Microsoft Game Studios and developed by Lionhead Studios, is a single-player role-playing game that was released for the X-Box in August 2004. Game play puts the player in control of a customizable main character and takes a third-person perspective. The main character advances levels by gaining experience orbs, which are awarded by defeating monsters and completing quests. Some quests and secrets in the game are dependent on game time. Although the in-game clock is a little confusing at first, it is easy to estimate game time once you understand the clock.

  Look at the clock, located in the upper-right corner of the screen. The clock is a circular icon that is divided into two sections; one half looks like a starry night sky, and the other half has a white background with a sun picture.

  Locate the white arrow within the game clock.

  Determine the time based on the arrow's position. It is a little different than a standard clock. The points where the night sky section meets the white portion are 6:00. The point at the top is 6 a.m. and the point at the bottom is 6 p.m. Halfway between those are noon (on the daylight side) and midnight (on the night side).
