"Halo" is a first person shooter (FPS) series developed by game maker Bungie for the Xbox and PC and was recently released for Macintosh computers. "Halo" is wildly successful and has spawned two direct sequels as well as several offshoot titles. In the original, you take control of Master Chief, a super soldier, as he battles alien races in a world inhabited by a mysterious giant "Halo" structure. While subsequent versions have cheat codes available for them, there is only one version of the original "Halo" that has an invincibility code.

Begin a new game of the custom edition of "Halo: Combat Evolved." This cannot be an online game.

Open the command window by simultaneously holding the buttons Contrl, Alt, Shift, C.

Input the code "cheat_deathless_player 1." Do not include the quotation marks and note that there is a space between the word "player" and the number "1." This will render you invincible to everything besides falling off cliffs.
