How to Find Which Email Is Associated with Your Xbox Live Gamertag
In November 2005, Microsoft released the Xbox 360, which uses the same Xbox LIVE multiplayer service that its predecessor, the Xbox, used for online gameplay. Having an Xbox LIVE account requires having a valid Windows Live email account. If you need to find out which email address you used to create the account, you can find it within your profile on the Xbox 360 console itself. This is useful information to have in case you ever need to recover your account because recovery requires the email address.

Navigate to "My Xbox" and select your profile.

Highlight "Manage Account" and press "A."

Highlight "Personal Information" and press "A." The first thing listed is your associated email address.
