How to Create Your Own Skate Avatar

The Xbox Avatar Editor allows creative players to customize their Avatar to be a reflection of their favorite hobbies and interests. Presenting your Avatar as a character who enjoys tearing up the half pipe on a favorite board is a simple process. Beyond the skateboards themselves, the Xbox Live Avatar Marketplace holds a huge selection of clothing that suits a skater's style.

Instructions

  Log into your Xbox Live profile and enter the Avatar Editor program from the main menu. The "Customize Avatar" option listed under your name opens the Avatar Editor.

  Navigate to the "Marketplace" button in the Avatar Editor to browse the collections of downloadable Avatar clothes and props.

  Click on the "Lifestyles" tab and scroll over to the Tokidoki section. Tokidoki is a clothing and toy manufacturer that specializes in unique character designs.

  Choose either the "Moofia" or "Inferno" skateboard and pay the 240 Microsoft Points needed to download the item. The skateboard will be paid for using the credit card connected to your Xbox Live account.

  Return to the Avatar Editor main menu and enter the "Change My Style" submenu to equip the skateboard. From the "Props" menu, scroll right until you see the skateboard. Select it with the "A" button and exit the creation tool by using the "Save and Exit" tab.
