How to Hack Your Xbox Gamertag in MW2

"Modern Warfare 2" is the follow-up to "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare." When playing the video game on the Xbox 360 console, you can connect to the Xbox Live online gaming service. When signing up for the Xbox Live service, you create a "gamertag" (or username) that identifies you to other players while playing "MW2" and other online games. Microsoft allows you one free gamertag change, modifying the gamertag to something more suitable, should you not be satisfied with the original choice. This can all be done through the Xbox Dashboard.

     Press the "Guide" button in the center of the Xbox 360 controller. Select "Yes" to exit your game and access the Xbox 360 Dashboard.

     Select "My Xbox."

     Select the Xbox Live gamertag you use to play "MW2."

     Select "Change gamertag."

     Select "Enter new gamertag." Enter the new gamertag. The new gamertag will represent you in not only "MW2," but throughout the whole Xbox Live universe. You will appear in your friends' lists with the new gamertag.

     Select "Yes, use this gamertag" to confirm the change.
