How to Delete Others People's Gamertags

One of the central themes revolving around the Microsoft Xbox 360 console is knowing what your friends are up to and playing games with them. Microsoft made it easy to search for and add your friends' Gamertags to your friends list. If you accidentally added a Gamertag that belongs to someone you don't know, or if you just don't want someone in your friends list anymore, you have the ability to go in and delete other peoples' Gamertags.

     Turn on your Xbox 360 console and log in to your Xbox LIVE profile.

     Press the middle "Guide" button on your controller and choose "Friends."

     Scroll through your friends list until you reach the Gamertag you'd like to delete from the list. Select it.

     Choose the "Remove Friend" option and provide confirmation. The selected Gamertag will now be deleted.
