Click "Join For Free" to sign up for the free Silver account.
Click the "Create Membership" button on the page that loads.
Fill out each field of the contact information form.
Click the "I Accept" button at the bottom of the page. A new page will load.
Follow the onscreen instructions of the registration wizard to complete setup.
