Instructions
Check your wireless connection. View your router and make sure the lights are on.
Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the port on the back of the Xbox system.
Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the port on the wireless adapter.
Plug the power cable into an open wall outlet and into the wireless adapter.
Power on your Xbox and insert the setup disk that was provided with the wireless adapter. The disk will run a scan of the wireless networks in-range.
Select your wireless network off the list that appears.
Enter the network security information if needed. If your network uses a WEP key, you will need to enter it here. If you use an unsecure network, skip this step.
Give your adapter a password. To configure your adapter you must give it a password containing up to 16 characters. You can choose to not create a password, and the default one is "admin."
Select "Save" to finish.
Check your connection status. When you finish the set up, the "Wireless Status" screen will appear and let you know if you are connected or not. If you are not connected, double-check your Internet connection, the plugged in cables and your security information.
