How to Sync an Xbox 360 Wireless Headset

Talking to other Xbox 360 players on Xbox Live is one of the perks of playing the Xbox 360 online. The Xbox 360 wireless headset allows you to communicate with other players--whether it's trash talking, coordinating teammates or simple chatting--with no cords or wires attached. Similar to a Bluetooth headset, the wireless headset connects wirelessly with your Xbox 360 console and rests in your ear. Syncing it to your Xbox 360 is quick and easy.

Instructions

  Charge your wireless headset either by connecting the provided USB to the headset and Xbox 360 or by connecting the headset to an AC power adapter that plugs into a wall outlet.

  Turn your Xbox 360 on and sign in using your gamer profile. Press the power button on your wireless headset.

  Press the connect button, a small button next to the memory card unit, on your Xbox 360

  Hold the connect button on your headset for at least one second. Your wireless headset will connect to the first available controller. For example, if no wireless headset is connected to controller 1, the headset will connect to that controller. Press the connect button to connect the headset to another controller. For example, press the connect button twice to connect it to the second controller.
