Instructions

    • 1

Open your IRC client and connect to the #XBins channel. Type in "#XBins" without the quotes in the Options menu. This channel contains the trigger for the file download that you will require, and it must be downloaded via FTP.

    • 2

Download the file to your computer hard drive.

    • 3

Move the file to your Xbox. You can burn the file onto a blank CD-R or connect an Ethernet cable from your Xbox to your computer. If through a cable, perform a network installation in order to transfer the file onto your Xbox. If on a CD, simply put the disc into the drive and let it boot up.

    • 4

Flash your BIOS. After the file is transferred, the Xbox will automatically run the file. This will allow the BIOS to change and properly update its firmware.

    • 5

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Use the controller to make your changes.
