How Do I Get My Credit Card Information Off an Xbox 360?

The Xbox 360 video game console allows you to sign up for an online membership account with Xbox Live so that you can access the Internet with your console to play games, download files and visit Web pages. When you sign up for Xbox Live your credit card information is stored on your Xbox account. You can add, edit or delete information at any time, and the easiest way to manage your account is by accessing it on your personal computer.

  Go to the Xbox official website (See Resources below). Click on the ̶0;Sign in̶1; option at the top of the page.

  Enter your email address and password, then click on the ̶0;Sign in̶1; button. Click on the drop-down menu for the ̶0;My Xbox̶1; option at the top of the page once you have signed in.

  Click on the ̶0;Manage Profile̶1; option. Click on the ̶0;Manage Payment Options̶1; button from the ̶0;Account Management̶1; section.

  Locate the credit card account you have that you want to remove and then click on the ̶0;Remove̶1; option.

  Click on the ̶0;Yes̶1; option and you will return to your account page. Your credit card will be fully removed from your Xbox Live account.
