Instructions

Insert the Verizon Broadband card directly into the appropriate slot on your laptop computer. Verizon has three products that connect your laptop to the Internet: the ExpressCard, which plugs into an ExpressCard slot on laptops, the PC card that works with the wireless card slot and the USB modem, which slides into the USB slot on your laptop.

Connect an Ethernet cord to the back of your Xbox 360. The Ethernet slot is located on the back of the console, near the power cord slot.

    • 3

Run the Ethernet cord to your laptop computer and connect it to the slot on the side of your laptop. This lets your Xbox 360 connect to the Internet using the signal found by your laptop.

Test your system by going to the Xbox dashboard and choosing "System Settings" from the My Xbox menu. Find the Network Settings section and click "Test XBOX Live Connection." This makes the Xbox connect to the Internet and ensures that you're online.
