Instructions
Transferring Your Profile to a USB Drive
Insert your USB drive into your Xbox 360. This USB drive will now have to be dedicated for your profile only.
On your Xbox, go to the system information menu and select "Memory."
Select the USB drive and then select "Configure." Once you have configured your USB drive, load your HDD and load your gamer profile. Select the "Move" option and transfer it to the USB drive. Remove your USB drive and connect it to your computer.
Modding Your GT
Load the Modio program and select "File," "Open/Close Drive," "Content" and select the top folder on your USB drive. There should be a "Profile Storage" folder. Go into this folder and right-click on the file there. Extract this file to your desktop.
Open your GT editing program, such as EZ GT. Change the profile number from 0 to 1, which will help you distinguish between different modded GTs.
Click the "Add" button and then type in the GT you want.
Click on the blue circle on the left and save this new file to your desktop.
Using Modio, open this new modified profile. Keep opening all of the subfolders until you reach the last folder, which will have a file with an icon of a small piece of paper. Click "Rehash and Resign" and then save this file in the same folder where you found it.
Open your USB drive and open the "Content" folder.
Drag the folder with the file you created in Step 5 into the "Content" folder.
Loading Your Modded Profile
Put the USB drive with your modded profile into your Xbox 360.
Load a game that can be played online with a GT, such as "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2."
Attempt to sign in to Xbox Live. When it tells you you are not signed in, select your modded profile from your USB drive. You will now sign in with your modded GT.
